Paul serves as President, Manager, and Senior Consultant of the firm, where he provides expertise by advising executives and investors on commercial and technical due diligence matters as well as growth and value-oriented strategies.

Paul has spent more than 10 years as an executive, entrepreneur and advisor with high tech, digital media and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, leading teams in product, business development, finance and operations.

As an advisor, Paul has professional expertise in software product management, strategic planning and open source competitive intelligence (OSINT) which he uses to help clients optimize product roadmaps, reveal competitor weaknesses, protect intellectual property, inspire business model innovation and disruption as well as safeguard Internet privacy and security for managed talent.

Paul also has operational and advisor experience building companies/products from the ground up and steering the vision and roadmap for mature products to create growth and new markets. He has worked with companies across many tech sectors, including Enterprise Software, Web Applications, Analytics, Human Capital Management (HCM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Security.

Previously, Paul worked at Verio Inc. a publicly-traded communications services company. As product line manager for Verio’s small-medium-enterprise (SME) business unit, Paul’s domain name and web hosting product line sales were instrumental driving revenue and enterprise valuation growth, and in NTT acquiring Verio for $6.1 billion. Prior to Verio, Paul co-founded Whois.Net, a WHOIS keyword search engine, and sold the company in 1997.

Paul holds a BSc from the Haas School of Business, BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MSc in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
